(Al-Grayba   الغريبه)

This is one of our lovely sweets that we make in most of our celebrations it is so easy you can make it yourself with the help of you mammy all you need is:

½ cup margarine

½ cup oil

½ cup castor sugar

½ cup almonds toasted and crushed

two cups to three cups of flour 

You mix it all together 

into  a big dough 

You shape it into small balls and put an almond in the middle ....

And you ask your mammy to put them in the oven 

Here they are, ready to eat 

mmmmmmmm, they smell good.
