.. Hi ..


I want to show you how we make our traditional bread 
in Libya we call it  (Tanour's Bread)


first we need flour salt yeast and water  



My grandmother mix it into a big dough ... and we leave it to rest 


Mean while i help her gather wood for the fire


We burn all the wood inside the Tanour so it will get hot 


after the Tanour gets hot, my grandmother flats the bread 
between her hands 


and then she carefully put the bread on the sides of the Tanour 


we wait for the bread for about 10-15 min 


Done it is ready ...mmmmmm it smells delicious 


my grandmother always make a small one for me
 it is called (Genan)

I love to go to the countryside
